Please be sure to check Infinite Campus and Google Classroom for the status of your coursework. Revised and late submissions will be accepted through Friday, 3/13/20. Study sessions this week will be Tuesday & Thursday before school (7:45-8:15 am). Your sewing projects should be evaluated & scored by Friday, 3/13/20. Hopefully you enjoyed this, because you get round #2 on Monday :) We used a package mix and homemade sauce. Our sauce recipe makes enough to top about 4 pizzas. This will last in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. You could easily thin the sauce out with a bit of water and use it as a pasta sauce. This week we'll learn about some popular international travel destinations.
Here's our plan for the week: Tuesday (2/18) -- Travel & tourism: a passport for adventure Reminder: Lab Extension Plan Form is due in class today. * Wednesday (2/19) -- Planning and prepping for pizzas * Thursday (2/20) -- Recipe review & practice dough (You'll be making playdough, which may be a bit messy.) * Friday (2/21) -- Pizza lab (Day 1) (Day 2 will be Monday, 2/24) * Lab activities planned on these days.
