There are many ways to cook an omelette.
If you're feeling adventurous, try other methods to determine which you prefer. Simply search online to check out various techniques. Remember to cook your eggs low & slow so they don't burn or become rubbery. This week we'll work some more with ratios & proportions, nutrition labels,
and healthful meal preparation. Here is a look at this week's schedule: Monday (10/21) -- Ratios & proportions / nutrition labels Tuesday (10/22) -- Recipe portions & proportions / mixtures & solutions Wednesday (10/23) -- Food safety & preparation methods * Thursday (10/24) -- Omelette prep: meat, cheese, & veggies * Friday (10/25) -- Omelette lab * Lab activities planned on this day. Please dress appropriately. Please bring your Chromebooks to class everyday. Signed Lab Permission Slips are due by Friday, 10/18/19. Turn these in to the class tray.
