We determined that three important things to remember when making crepes are to be sure to preheat the pan, wait until the edges start to turn brown and crispy before you loosen them, and then, "don't think, just flip". The batter can be made a day ahead (two at the most). This week we'll practice measuring ingredients so you can make crepes.
