Teams will head into the kitchens this week. Here is our schedule:
Monday (8/26) -- Kitchen Safety / Lab Maintenance & Recipe Preview *Tuesday (8/27) -- Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & Cheese Quesadillas Wednesday (8/28) -- Egg Essentials Thursday (8/29) -- Basic Egg Cookery and Lab Preview *Friday (8/30) -- Egg & Toast Lab * Lab activities planned on these days. Please dress appropriately. Lab safety slips are due by Tuesday, 8/20.
