Here is a peek at this week's schedule: Tuesday (11/12) -- Home food essentials / food safety -- avoiding contamination Wednesday (11/13) -- Quick breads & yeast breads -- lab preview & extension Thursday (11/14) -- Cinnamon rolls -- roll / fill / cut / cover / label / store Friday (11/15) -- Cinnamon rolls -- bake / ice / eat * Lab activities planned on these days. Please dress appropriately. Chicken can be flavored with a wide variety of marinades. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for 1-24 hours. Please dress appropriately. There are many different sauces and dressings you can make with ingredients
you already have in your refrigerator or pantry. If you don't care for mayonnaise based dressings, you can often use sour cream instead. You can make honey mustard sauce with equal parts of honey and mustard. This is delicious on chicken! |
